Mixing two-stroke oil and fuel for a leaf blower

Using a proper fuel mix is important when using your Husqvarna leaf blower since it powers the engine of the product.

Inadequate fuels and incorrect mix ratios can cause serious damage to your leaf blower as

• Excessive wear
• A short life span

Proper fuel mixing tips for leaf blowers:

1. Always mix the fuel and oil in a clean container intended for fuel.
2. Always start by filling half the amount of the fuel to be used, add the entire amount of oil, mix (agitate) the fuel mixture, add the remaining amount of gasoline.
3. Do not mix more than one month's supply of fuel at a time.
4. Mix the fuel mixture thoroughly before filling the machine's fuel tank.
5. Mix the correct ratio as specified by the manufacturer.

To find the fuel mix ratio, please refer to your product's operator's manual.

Fuel and oil mixture should always be 2% (50:1). We recommend you use Husqvarna oil mixtures.
