Exporting data from Husqvarna Fleet Services™

Husqvarna Fleet Services™ allows you to export valuable data about your fleet for analysis. You can choose from four different data files, each containing specific information. These files are saved as CSV files and can be imported into other tools, such as Microsoft Excel.

Available data types

1. Machine usage

Provides details about how much time each machine has been used within a specified date range.

2. Robotic mower usage

Includes information about mower names, models, article numbers, serial numbers, start and end dates, status, and any associated error IDs and error names (if applicable).

3. Machines & Inventory

Contains data related to machine names, brands, models, total engine runtime, and upcoming service schedules.

4. Maintenance & Repair

Covers work performed on each machine, including service or repair dates, who performed the work, costs, and time spent.

How to export data

  1. In the menu bar, click Company.
  2. Select Download Machine Data.
  3. Choose the desired data type (Machine Usage, Robotic Mower Usage, Machine & Inventory, or Maintenance & Repair).
  4. Specify the time period for the data you want to export.
  5. Click Download. The data will be saved as a CSV file on your device.

Additionally, if you need to convert the downloaded CSV file into an Excel format, follow these steps:

Converting CSV to Excel

  1. Open a new blank sheet in Excel.
  2. Navigate to the Data menu and click on it.
  3. Select Get data > From File > From Text/CSV.
  4. Locate and open the downloaded CSV file (usually in the Downloads folder).
  5. In the pop-up window, set the File origin to UTC-8 and ensure the Delimiter is set to Comma.
  6. Click Load, and the data will be connected in Excel, visible in the table.
