Adding a 500-series Automower® robotic lawn mower to Husqvarna Fleet Services™
To add a 500-series Automower® robotic lawn mower to Husqvarna Fleet Services™ ensure that you are within Bluetooth range of the mower. Note that an Automower® robotic lawn mower can only have one active Bluetooth connection at a time. Make sure that no one else who has an active connection to the mower is nearby before trying to add it to Husqvarna Fleet Services™.
Steps to add your mower
- Open the Husqvarna Fleet Services™ app.
- Select the Inventory tab and tap the three dots in the upper right corner.
- Select Add robotic mower.
- Select Via Bluetooth.Open the Automower® Connect app by tapping Continue (or tap Go to App Store to download the app if you do not already have it).
- Turn on the main switch on your mower. Your Automower® robotic lawn mower is now discoverable for 180 seconds. Stay near the mower until the pairing is complete.
- Wait for the mower to show up in the list. If the mower does not show up in about 30 seconds, restart your mower.
- Select the mower you want to add.
- Enter your pin code.
- Tap Acquiring pairing code.
- Give the mower a name in Husqvarna Fleet Services™.
- Tap Done.
- Select Inventory and verify that the mower is now found in the list.
Now the mower has been added to Husqvarna Fleet Services™.
Already included in a fleet?
If you are trying to add a robotic lawn mower but receive a notification that it is already included in a fleet, the owner of the Fleet company where the mower is included needs to delete it from their fleet. If you do not know which Fleet company the mower is in you need to contact your Husqvarna dealer. An Automower® robotic mower can only be added to one Husqvarna Fleet Services™ solution.
