Pre-installation consultation & property walk-through
Charging station placement and setup to existing power outlet
Wired Mowers: Installation of boundary wire, up to 3 guide wires and up to 3 obstacles (i.e. pool, garden bed) based on yard layout and complexity
Wireless Mowers: Yard mapping of property boundaries and obstacles (i.e. pool, garden bed), EPOS reference station up to heights reachable with a 12ft ladder and setup to an existing power outlet.
Firmware updates to mower, charging setup and reference station (if applicable)
Automower Connect App pairing and user tutorial
Complete setup guide for recommended cut settings
Overview of maintenance, storage, accessories
