Why aren’t I receiving any data from my Husqvarna Fleet machine sensor?

When the Husqvarna Fleet machine sensor on the machine is finished collecting data you should make sure to start the Husqvarna Fleet Services™ app or the Husqvarna Fleet Gateway app.

This will enable the machine sensor to upload data to the Husqvarna Fleet Services™ system. When this is done you should be able to see usage data for your machine.

Note:

• For petrol products it can take up to 30 seconds after you turn off the machine before you can see the machine in the app. All data from when the machine has been running will then be uploaded.
• For battery-powered products, it can take up to 15 minutes after you turn off the machine before you can see the machine in the app. Data is uploaded every 15 minutes while you are using the machine.
