Alternatives to handle error codes or alarms on Husqvarna products

If your Husqvarna product displays an error code and you are unsure of the next steps, you can either check the Product Assistant, the Operator’s Manual or the Husqvarna Connect app for more information.

For many Husqvarna products, you can look up the error code or message in the Product Assistant, which is located in the support section on Husqvarna.com. The Product Assistant will guide you towards a solution.

Operator’s Manual

Your product’s operator’s manual provides information on troubleshooting and error messages. All manuals are available on Husqvarna.com, in the Support section.

Operator’s Manual in the Husqvarna Connect app

If your product is supported by the Husqvarna Connect app and you have added your product to the app, you can find the Operator’s Manual there. By downloading it in advance, you can access the manual even if you are offline.

To download the manual

  1. Open the app and select your product.
  2. Select the Manual button.
  3. To download the manual, click the download icon .

Husqvarna Connect for Bluetooth-connected products

If your product is Bluetooth-enabled and displays an error, you can add it to Husqvarna Connect and connect to it using Bluetooth. The error message will be displayed in the product overview when the product is connected to the Husqvarna Connect app via Bluetooth. Tap the error message to learn more about the issue and how to solve it. Some Bluetooth-connected products can also provide feedback if the product is used incorrectly.
