I have several Automower® robotic mowers. Should I use Automower® Connect or Husqvarna Fleet Services™?

Husqvarna Fleet Services™ is a professional fleet management service designed for commercial setups with multiple robotic lawn mowers. It helps you keep track of all your equipment, regardless of type—not only robotic mowers but also chainsaws, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers and more.

Many products come with built-in BLE capability, while others can be equipped with a sensor. This ensures that you always know where your machines are*, how much they have been used and when they need to be serviced or replaced. For Automower® robotic lawn mowers, Husqvarna Fleet Services™ includes all the features of Automower® Connect, plus the ability to issue commands to several mowers simultaneously.

To control your Automower® robotic lawn mowers with the Husqvarna Fleet Services™ app, you will need to install the Automower® Connect app. However, there is no need to add or configure your robotic mowers in the Automower® Connect app if you are using Fleet Services.

An Automower® robotic mower can only exist in one Husqvarna Fleet Services™ company but can be operated in both the Husqvarna Fleet Services™ and Automower® Connect apps without conflict.

*The sensor does not provide location by itself; it relies on the Husqvarna Fleet Services™ Gateway app or the Husqvarna HCM 500 connectivity gateway.
