Husqvarna Fleet machine sensor reporting data as Unknown

When a Husqvarna Fleet machine sensor is reporting data as Unknown, it is likely the sensor is not correctly configured and needs to be reset. This problem is most common on petrol devices.

Other reasons can cause the Unknown status, such as not using Husqvarna brand equipment. However, if you are using only Husqvarna brand equipment and the status is displayed as Unknown in Machine Usage in the Husqvarna Fleet Services™ app, you most probably need to reset the sensor.
