How to keep track of maintenance plans and work performed on your machines using Husqvarna Connect

Husqvarna Connect can help you keep track of maintenance schedules and the work performed on your products. If you have a Bluetooth product or a Rider (200-series or X-model), you can program Husqvarna Connect to remind you automatically when it is time for maintenance and guide you through the maintenance routine.

Bluetooth-connected products and Riders (200-series or X-models)

What maintenance does my product need?

When it is time to perform maintenance on a Bluetooth-connected product or a Rider (200-series or X-model), a maintenance reminder, indicated by a wrench icon, will be shown in the product list in the Husqvarna Connect app.

The timing of the maintenance reminder is based on how the product is used.

Select the product to see the full maintenance message on the Overview tab.

  • For Riders (X-models and 200-series), Husqvarna Connect offers a lot of extra information in the maintenance reminder, such as what to do and what spare parts you need. See Using maintenance reminders for Riders (X-models and 200-series).
  • For Bluetooth products, the product must be connected to the Husqvarna Connect app via Bluetooth for the reminder to appear. Once the maintenance reminder has appeared, it will be displayed until you choose to remove it, no matter if the product is Bluetooth-connected or not.

Completing the maintenance

  1. Tap the reminder to open it and check what maintenance is required.
  2. Perform the required maintenance.
  3. Save the maintenance to the digital service book if desired.
  4. Tap Maintenance completed.

The maintenance reminder is now removed and the information is saved to the digital service book if you chose to do so.

Removing a maintenance reminder

When all maintenance has been performed and you want to remove the reminder, open the reminder, select whether you want to save the maintenance to the digital service book and tap Maintenance completed.

No maintenance required

If there are no pending maintenance alerts or error messages, you will see a grey wrench icon and a “Ready when you are!” message.

Not getting any reminders?

If you do not get any maintenance reminders, try updating your Husqvarna Connect app.

Other products

Select Maintenance on the Support tab in the Husqvarna Connect app to view information on specific maintenance schedules and activities for your product. Here you can easily see what type of maintenance you can do yourself and what should be done by a dealer.

Follow the step-by-step instructions and note the work performed in the digital service book under Support > Service book if desired.
