Adding a 500-series Automower® robotic lawn mower to Husqvarna Fleet Services™

To add a robotic lawn mower to Husqvarna Fleet Services™, ensure that you are within Bluetooth range. Please note that a mower can only have one active Bluetooth connection at a time. Make sure that no one else who has an active connection is nearby before trying to add it to Husqvarna Fleet Services™.

Should the mower model require you to use a pairing code instead of Bluetooth, please select the option for adding the mower using a pairing code, and follow the instructions provided in the app. The pairing code option is also available in the web application since it does not require a Bluetooth connection.

Steps to add your robotic lawn mower

  1. Open the Husqvarna Fleet Services™ app.
  2. Select the Inventory tab and tap the ‘+’ icon to add an asset.
  3. Select Robotic mower.
  4. Turn on the mower and put it in pairing mode. Your mower is now discoverable for 180 seconds. Stay near it until the pairing is complete.
  5. Wait for the mower to show in the list. If it does not show in the list after approximately 30 seconds, please repeat step 4.
  6. Select the mower from the list.
  7. Enter your PIN code and follow the steps in the app.
  8. Allow for some time while the mower connects to the Husqvarna Cloud and starts the Fleet account registration.
  9. Give the mower a name and assign a different access group if required.
  10. Tap Done.
  11. Select Inventory and verify that the mower can now be found in the list.

Already included in a Fleet account?

If you receive a notification saying that your product is already included in another Fleet account, the owner of theFleet account to which the mower is registered needs to remove it. If you do not know which Fleet company the mower is in, please contact your Husqvarna dealer. A robotic lawn mower can only exist in one Husqvarna Fleet Services™ account at a time.
