RETURNS

We hope that you love your new Husqvarna products as much as we loved making them. For over 330 years the Husqvarna Group has been passionate about innovation and has been committed to ensuring our customers have the right products for the job. We understand, however, that sometimes things do not go to plan and when this happens here is our commitment to you;

1. HUSQVARNA CUSTOMER SERVICE

All returns for online orders must be processed through Husqvarna Customer Service. You are required to complete the Online Returns Form (see below). If approved, Product must be returned to Husqvarna (direct online sales) or your dealer (click and collect) for assessment.

2. CANCELLATION

2.1 You may cancel your online order for any reason prior to your order being processed. We will happily cancel the order and issue a refund. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled, and the item must instead be returned to us in accordance with this returns policy.

2.2 Husqvarna Customer Service must process all order cancellations; Husqvarna Dealer Stores are unable to process order cancelations.

2.3 Please allow up to 5 business days from the date of contacting Customer Service for your refund to be credited to the account used for the original purchase.

3. CHANGE OF MIND

3.1 If for any reason you change your mind and no longer want an item you have purchased from the Husqvarna online e-store, we will happily accept returns, where the Products are in a new, fully functional, unused and undamaged condition, within 30 days from the date of delivery or date of collection from the Husqvarna Dealer Store.

3.2 All items being returned for change of mind will need to be examined by Husqvarna New Zealand or a Husqvarna Dealer Store to ensure they were purchased not more than 30 days ago and are in a new, fully functional, unused and undamaged condition and are accompanied by their original packaging, including manuals and accessories, as supplied with on collection or delivery. 

3.3 Refunds for change of mind will be declined if the above conditions are not met and the items fail the return inspection. Any Delivery Fees paid for the shipment of the product to you, as well as the expenses for any packaging you use to return the items to us, will not be refunded.

4. FAULTY GOODS

4.1 Your Product may come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under New Zealand Consumer Law. If so:
(a) You are entitled to a refund for a failure of the Product where we cannot reasonably be expected to repair or replace the Product.
(b) You are also entitled to have the Product repaired or replaced if the Product fails to comply with a guarantee under New Zealand Consumer law.

 
4.2 In addition to your statutory guarantee, Husqvarna may provide an additional voluntary warranty shown on or with the Product’s packaging. As shown in the E-Commerce Terms of Sale, there are exclusions to the voluntary warranty.

4.3 If you return the Product in accordance with clauses 5 and 6 below Husqvarna will assess the Product and live fault is found it will repair or replace the Product. Repair or replace must be approved by Husqvarna Customer Service.

4.4 If Husqvarna does not identify any fault, and the product is otherwise in working order, it will not undertake repairs nor will it provide a refund.

5. HOME DELIVERY ORDERS

5.1 Before returning any product you must complete the Online Returns Form here. Once Husqvarna Customer Service has approved the return, it will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number and Form. You will be able to download a pre-paid return label and post your item from any New Zealand Post parcel drop-off.

5.2 Please allow up to 10 business days from the date of returning your goods via post for your refund to be credited to the account used for the original purchase.

6. CLICK AND COLLECT ORDERS

6.1 Husqvarna Dealer Stores are unable to process online e-store returns without a Return Authorisation Number and Form issued from Husqvarna Customer Service. The return of Click and Collect orders will be processed by Husqvarna Customer Service (not the dealer). Once you have received a returns authorisation number, visit the designated Click and Collect Husqvarna Dealer Store to drop off the Product with the authorisation number.

7. DIRECT RETURN

7.1 If you would like to return the goods purchased online directly to Husqvarna New Zealand, please complete the Online Returns Form here. Please refer to the list of products that can be returned only via this method.

7.2 Please allow up to 10 business days from the date of retuning your goods instore for your refund to be credited to the account used for the original purchase.
