Why does the battery charge level differ between my product and the Husqvarna Connect app?

The charge level that the LED indicators on the product or on the battery show is based on specific threshold values. In the app we can show a more detailed and accurate percentage value.

This means that there can be some difference between what is shown in the Husqvarna Connect app and what is shown on the product or battery.
