What do the statuses for machines and inventory in Husqvarna Fleet Services™ mean?
In Husqvarna Fleet Services™ you can see the status of all of your machines. Here is an explanation of what is required for an asset to receive a certain status and how the status is represented in the system.
On the shelf: Is shown if the location has been updated by a gateway app in stationary mode. Used by the web service and in the app. Status colour: blue.
Out working: Is shown if the location has been updated by a Husqvarna Fleet Services™ app or a Husqvarna Fleet Services™ Gateway app in the mobile mode. Used by the web service and in the app. Status colour: bright green.
Unknown location: Is shown if the asset has not had its location updated in 12 hours. Used by the web service and in the app. Status colour: dark grey.
Never seen: Is shown if the asset has been added to Husqvarna Fleet Services™, is equipped with a sensor but has never connected to our services. Status colour: light grey.
Not connected: Is shown if the asset does not have any sensors. No data will be uploaded to Husqvarna Fleet Services™. Status colour: jade.
