O-ring replacement and lubrication guide for a high-pressure washer

While using your high-pressure washer, the O-rings might get damaged and break.

O-rings are important for your product since they seal the connections. If they get damaged or break, you may experience water leakage.

If the O-ring breaks, it needs to be replaced. Replace the damaged or broken O-ring with a correct one. Always use Husqvarna O-rings.

To prolong the life of the O-rings it is important to lubricate them.

How to replace and lubricate O-rings on a high-pressure washer

Replacing the O-rings

1. Remove the damaged or broken O-ring. This can be a bit difficult so we recommend using a small flat-head screwdriver or a similar tool.
2. Slide a new O-ring on the coupling. Make sure to use the correct O-ring for a specific coupling.

Lubricating the O-rings

1. Remove the spray lance from the spray handle and the spray handle from the high-pressure hose.
2. Lubricate the product’s O-rings with universal white silicone grease.

O-rings should be lubricated after every use.
