How to know if there is a problem with your Automower® robotic lawn mower

If there is a problem with your Automower® robotic lawn mower, for example, if it is stuck behind something or if the battery is empty, an error message is displayed on the product display and in the Automower® Connect app. You can also get a notification about the error sent to your phone.

Note that if the same message is repeated several times, you may need to make some adjustments to the installation or the product.

Error messages on the robotic lawn mower display

The error message is shown on the product display. For some of the messages, there are also tips and advice to help rectify the error.

Error messages in the Automower® Connect app

The error message is shown directly on the dashboard in the Automower® Connect app. To learn more about the error and get guidance on how to rectify it, select More details.

Further guidance is also available under Support > Help centre.

Notifications

If your product is connected to Automower® Connect using the mobile network, you can get a notification on your phone when an error occurs.
