Competition terms & conditions

1.     Competitions are open to residents of Ireland over 18 years of age (unless otherwise specified), except employees, relatives of employees and/or anyone otherwise connected to Liffey Distributors Ltd. Trading As (T/A) Husqvarna.

2.     No purchase or entry fee is required to enter or win competitions.

3.     Competitions held on social media (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn/Twitter) are in no way endorsed, sponsored or administered by these social media platforms.

4.     Husqvarna’s selection of winners is final.  If a winner does not claim their prize within the specific timeframe stated by Husqvarna on announcement of/correspondence with the winner, another winner will be selected.

5.     Husqvarna has the right to cancel the prize if they find that the winner has not been compliant with the Competition Terms & Conditions.

6.     The winner will be asked to contact Husqvarna to claim their prize. The winner's name may be published on our social media pages and website.

7.     Winners will be required to provide their full name and appropriate contact details in order to receive their prize. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the prize and the selection of another winner.

8.     All prizes are determined by Husqvarna and will be stated within each competition. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Husqvarna’s discretion. Any and all prize-related expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

9.     By participating in our competitions, you agree that you participate at your own risk. Husqvarna cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of entries due to technical problems, and proof of sending does not constitute proof of receipt. Husqvarna accepts no liability in relation to an individual’s participation (or inability to participate) in a competition.

10.  By entering, you have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Competition Terms & Conditions as outlined.

11.  Entrants may have to agree with additional Terms & Conditions depending on the competition type and will be notified by Husqvarna prior to entry.

12.  Husqvarna have the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, and take immediate effect once posted on this website.
