Why can’t I see the map in the Automower® Connect app?

The map view, used to follow the movements of your Automower® robotic lawn mower and to track it in the event of theft, is only available when you connect to your mower using the mobile network, not using Bluetooth (with Automower® Connect@Home or Automower® Direct).

Ask your dealer to install an Automower® Connect kit if you want this feature and your mower is not already connected to the mobile network.
