How to change the cutting height on Automower® Aspire™ R4 robotic lawn mower

The cutting height on Automower® Aspire™ R4 can be adjusted in three steps. Place the two blade disc screws in the correct holes (1–3) depending on the cutting height you want:

• 1 (20 mm, 1 3/16 in.)
• 2 (35 mm, 1 3/8 in.)
• 3 (45 mm, 1 3/4 in.)

How to change the cutting height

1. Turn off the robotic lawn mower. Make sure the LED indicator of the ON/OFF button is off.
2. Lift the top cover by the front and remove it.
3. Locate the torx key and remove it.
4. Put the product upside down.
5. Put on protective gloves.
6. Remove the 2 blade disc screws using the torx key. Do not use a power tool.
7. Remove the blade disc.
8. Install the blade disc on the shaft. Select a cutting height (1–3) and align the 2 holes in the blade disc with the 2 holes on the shaft.
9. Attach the 2 blade disc screws using the torx key. Do not use a power tool.
10. Attach the torx key on the body of the product.
11. Install the top cover.
