How to add a product to Husqvarna Connect
Add your products to Husqvarna Connect to access live notifications, product data, digital guides, manuals and much more. You can add products to Husqvarna Connect using Bluetooth, by scanning the QR code or label, or by manually entering the product information.
Whether your product is brand new or has been used before, it can be added to the app.
Adding a product using Bluetooth
If your product is equipped with Bluetooth, you can connect it directly to the app.
- Turn on the product.
- Ensure that Bluetooth and location services are enabled in your phone.
- Open the Husqvarna Connect app and select the Add Product button.
- Select Connect with Bluetooth.
- Hold your phone close to the product. The phone should now detect the product and display it in the list.
- Tap on your product in the list to add it to the app.
Adding a product by scanning the QR code or product label
- Open the Husqvarna Connect app and select the Add Product button.
- Select Scan Product label.
- Locate and scan the QR code or product label on your product to add it to the app.
Adding a product manually
If you’re unable to scan the product label, you can add the product manually:
- Open the Husqvarna Connect app and select the Add product button.
- Select the Scan product label button.
- If you are not able to scan the product label, tap the Add manually button
- Locate the label on your product and identify whether the product has a Husqvarna Identity (HID) or serial number printed on the label. Choose the corresponding option.
- Enter the required information.
- Click the Add button to add the product to the app.
