High-pressure washer hose cannot be pulled out

When attempting to use your high-pressure washer, you may notice that the product’s hose cannot be pulled out.

This can occur if the hose or hose reel is blocked:

Dirt and debris can get stuck in the hose outlet

Manipulate the hose to unclog dirt from the wheel.

Hose gets tangled inside the hose reel

If the high-pressure washer comes with an internal reel

The hose can get tangled inside the hose reel if you hold the hose tightly when rolling it up.

• The hose should be rolled up by the system so that it is guided into the correct position. Pull the hose gently while unwinding the hose reel to release the hose.
• Remove the hose reel cover for better access and remove the pin and the hose from the other direction.

Clean the hose reel with a dry cloth.

If the high-pressure washer comes with an external reel

The hose can get tangled inside the hose reel if you hold the hose tightly when rolling it up.
