Can anyone connect to my Automower® robotic lawn mower without my knowledge?

For security reasons, the pin code is always required to create a connection to your Automower® robotic lawn mower. This applies even if the security level is set to low and the pin code has been disabled for actions such as starting the mower or accessing the mower menu. So, unless the person trying to connect knows your Automower® pin code, they cannot establish a connection to your mower.

In addition, the communication from the Automower® robotic lawn mower to the Automower® Connect app is encrypted with a high level of security. It is not possible for anyone to understand what is transmitted over the air without the correct encryption keys.
