BLi-X battery error LED flashes

If the battery error LED starts flashing on your Husqvarna BLi-X battery, there can be a couple of causes for this issue.

The warning light on your BLi-X battery will most probably turn on because of too high or too low an ambient temperature.

Temperature deviation

In this case, the BLi-X battery is too cold or too hot to use or to charge.

If the battery temperature is lower than -10°C (14°F) or higher than 70°C (158°F), the battery will not work during discharging.

If the battery temperature is lower than 5°C (41°F) or higher than 50°C (122°F), the battery will not charge.

  • Let the battery cool down or move it indoors to warm it up
  • When the battery is at the correct temperature, it can be used again.
  • Use the battery in ambient temperatures between -10°C (14°F) and 40°C (104°F).
